Dr. Kevin Lie
Introducing Dr. Kevin T. Lie, our lead physician and a distinguished double-board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist.
With over 15 years of experience and credentials from Case Western Reserve University and Flinders School of Medicine, Dr. Lie brings unparalleled expertise to his practice.
Recognized as a Top Doctor by Philadelphia Magazine, he and his team offer advanced care for a range of vascular disorders, employing the latest technology to achieve optimal outcomes for their patients.
Michaela Allen, PA-C
Michaela Allen, PA-C is a South Carolina native with a love for life-long learning. She received her Bachelor of Science in exercise and sports science at Coastal Carolina University and very briefly, attended South Carolina State University for post-baccalaureate benefit, before becoming a Georgia peach and earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the illustrious Morehouse School of Medicine in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently a Doctor of Medical Science student at Shenandoah University in which she is eager to expand her skills in leadership, clinical research, and education.
Although Michaela has a background in urgent care medicine, she has a special passion for the care and management of vascular diseases. Her areas of expertise are very diverse, including but not limited to venous disease, peripheral arterial disease, uterine fibroids, benign prostatic hyperplasia, hemorrhoids, and knee osteoarthritis. Michaela also has a deeply rooted love for women’s health and strives to improve healthcare literacy and standards regarding patient advocacy.
She takes pride in providing exceptional patient care and building long-lasting relationships with her patients and leading the creation of health equity. Her desire to apply innovative medicine through technological advances speaks volumes to her character.
Residing in South Atlanta, Michaela prioritizes family time, identifying as a wife and a girl mom. Outside of work she enjoys HIIT and cycling group fitness classes, traveling the world, and sometimes (depending on the year) cheering for her favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys.
Alyssa Patel, Physician Assistant
Introducing Alyssa, a Georgia native with a commitment to exceptional patient care. Born in Jacksonville but deeply rooted in Georgia, she's dedicated to her community. Alyssa earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Georgia before pursuing her Master’s of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Lincoln Memorial University School of Medical Science, graduating summa cum laude.
With a background in urgent and emergency care, Alyssa's professional journey led her to specialize in vascular diseases, with expertise in vascular care, including genicular artery embolization. She finds joy in connecting with patients and delivering compassionate care.
Beyond the clinic, Alyssa resides in West Midtown with her husband, cherishing moments with loved ones and exploring the vibrant culinary scene of the city. An avid traveler and Georgia Bulldogs enthusiast, her fondest memories include adventures to Egypt with her aunt and a romantic three-week escapade through Italy, winding through the charming landscapes of Tuscany to the breathtaking Amalfi coast.
